Only refunds are made, once the product has reached its destination and has been received by the buyer, no returns are made for products that are in transit to be delivered or have not yet been delivered.
By making a purchase through the website you declare and agree to be bound by the conditions described below. Our Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Because all of our items are limited and once, they are sold out, we do not restock them, we do not issue refunds.
We only make returns and exchanges if at the time of receiving the order, the product has any defect or damage or you received the wrong product(s).
We do our best to avoid any error, damage or defect in our products, however, if you receive a wrong, defective or damaged product and you need to exchange the product for the same or need a refund, please contact us through our contact information. We will assume the value of the shipping. In the event that you request a return, we will also refund the shipping value.
The request for wrong, defective or damaged product must contain the following:
- Full name of the person who placed the order.
- Order number.
- Proof of damage or defect of the product (photo or video).
- Items must be in its original condition (unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged).
- The product must not be washed.
- The product must have its hang tags.
- Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please therefore ensure that you send your item back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the products. Please package the product securely.
- Stacci Athletics reserves the right to reject any returns which do not comply with our Return Policy. Returns that do not fulfil our return policy may be shipped back to the client at their own cost.

2. PROCESSING YOUR REFUND
Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the stated conditions, the package will be returned to you at your expense. If your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a return confirmation email. The refund will be issued via the original payment method.
3. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE
Undeliverable packages that are returned to us will not automatically be re-shipped. If you would like to make any changes to the delivery address, you are responsible for any re-shipping fees.
