Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Sweden.

Stacci Athletics orders are shipped and delivered on business days. For security reasons, Stacci Athletics will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges will be set by our carries rates and will depend on the size, weight and dimensions of the package and the delivery location of the order and will be displayed and calculated on the checkout screen.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Same day shipping is available for all orders received before 2pm ET. For orders received after 2pm, the order will ship the next business day.

Order processing will take place Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5.00 PM CT (Orders are not processed on weekends and major holidays). Please keep in mind that may be extended during holidays, launches, restocks, limited edition releases and promotions.

Note: Order processing times and shipping times are different.

SHIPPING TIMES

  • Orders within Sweden: 2-3 business days.

  • Outside Sweden orders: 3-10 business days.

  • US orders: 2-5 business days.
  •  International: 3-21+(depending on Covid, your country and other unexpected events)

  • Important: Due to the current health emergency caused by COVID-19, delivery times may be extended.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email that will include the carrier tracking number of your order. Be sure to track your order using the tracking number we provide. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier according to the tracking number provided for further assistance and information.

DELAYS

Stacci Athletics is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, Stacci Athletics is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit 7me does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday.

SHIPPING COMPLETED

Each delivery is considered to have been made from the moment Stacci Athletics makes the product available to the buyer, which is made possible by the control system used by the courier company when the status of the order changes to “completed” or “delivered".

CANCEL / UPDATE ORDER

• All order details are final once customer order is completed.

• We cannot guarantee that address or item size updates can be made once order is submitted.

• To cancel an order, please contact help@stacciathletics.com as soon as possible but we cannot guarantee order will caught before it is shipped.

• If your order has shipped, we will issue a store credit (US/EU) or refund (EU ONLY) as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows Delivered.

• If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

• Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.

PRICES

• The prices in our web shop are shown including VAT for Sweden and for individuals within the European Union. We are registered to VOEC and for UK VAT, which means customers that buy our products from Norway and UK are also paying VAT.
