By making a purchase through the website you declare and agree to be bound by the conditions described below. Our Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
- We only accept returns within 14 days of the date the order was delivered.
- Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns cannot be combined with multiple orders.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above Stacci standards.
- Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
- Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org your order number & country to receive your return authorization.
- It is imperative customer returns the correct item(s) with the correct garment bag(s) - see product/color/size - to ensure correct items are scanned at warehouse and return is accurately processed.
- If item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label (see DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS).
- In all other cases, customer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice.

- EU ONLY: We will gladly accept your return for a store credit OR refund within 14 days of the date the order was delivered. Please include in your email which is preferred. No exchanges. Policy strictly enforced.
- ALL OTHER CUSTOMERS: We will gladly accept your return for a store credit ONLY within 14 days of the date the order was delivered. No refunds or exchanges. Policy strictly enforced.
- Store credit will be issued for products only, and not shipping costs related to original order.
- Any items paid with store credit can be returned ONCE.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
- If you believe your package is defective or damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a picture of the issue/product(s).
- We will issue a pre-paid return shipping label for you to return the items to our warehouse, and clearly state inside package what the issue was with the product.
- Once our warehouse confirms product was indeed defective or damaged in shipping, a refund will be provided for the value of the defective/damaged product ONLY.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet Stacci standards.
- We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen from delivery address.
- Fault in the delivery address is at the responsibility of the customer.
- Once DELIVERED is shown on the shipping carrier website the fate of the parcel is in the recipients’ hands.
- Customer can only request a return once the product has reached its destination and has been received marked as DELIVERED, no store credits are made for products that are in transit to be delivered or have not yet been delivered.
- Undeliverable packages that are returned to us will not automatically be re-shipped and store credit will be issued, minus shipping fees. To make any changes to the delivery address, customer is responsible for any re-shipping fees.
CANCEL / UPDATE ORDER
- All order details are final once customer order is completed.
- We cannot guarantee that address or item size updates can be made once order is submitted.
- To cancel an order, please contact email@example.com soon as possible but we cannot guarantee order will caught before it is shipped.
- If your order has shipped, we will issue a store credit (US/EU) or refund (EU ONLY) as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows Delivered.
- If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
- Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
- The prices in our web shop are shown including VAT for Sweden and for individuals within the European Union. We are registered to VOEC which means customers from Norway shop including VAT. The parcel will not go through the customs, and you will not pay any customs duties or VAT in Norway.
- Outbound shipping fees from the original order will not be reimbursed.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice.
